decimal delimiter format with NCIRF

Using the "comma" or "dot" format for decimal numbers in Windows system parameters produces quite different results. Using the dot format may cause geant4win.exe to crash when leaving the decimal part for isoCenter coordinates (From my experience, this is particularly the case for the Z coordinate). The results are also very strange. Are system settings using a comma mandatory for Windows before using NCIRF, or is there a workaround somewhere? When using a comma delimiter, another issue arises when batch saving, as CSV also uses commas as delimiters, which conflicts with decimal numbers, such as coordinates or dose.
