3D dose distribution from NuMed therapy administration

Has anyone gotten a 3D dose distribution for such NucMed therapy admins? what else if anything is needed and what software do you use to get it?
NCI Dose Team response
If you want a 3D dose distribution like the one from radiotherapy treatment planning system, the current NCINM version cannot do this kind of work. For now, to the best of our knowledge, there is no user-friendly free software for this purpose (dear forum, please correct us if we're wrong) but you would need to run Monte Carlo codes with several manual steps: source definition using SPECT, image registration between SPECT and CT, organ contouring to obtain organ-specific activity, and Monte Carlo radiation transport. Our team is also working on this project and planning to implement an extension module to NCINM in the future.
