Dot, comma problem

Hi, I am writing to you because of a problem I encountered on NCICT. I am using Turkish Windows and keyboard. NCICT requires dots for the writing of fractional numbers, however this causes to get wrong results and requires commas for the accurate inputs. For Example when I input 0.5 sec for rotation time, a lung dose of 117 mGy and effective dose of 62 mSv is given (with a CTDI vol of 10 mGy), which is obviously wrong. When I input 0,5 sec (with comma) software gives me correct results i.e. 11.7 mGy of lung dose and 6.23 mSv of effective dose. I am running the NCICT without problem by using commas for the input of fractional numbers However in case of using TCM strengths the default values are given with dots (0.25, 0.50 etc) and not possible to change those dots to commas. This is causing the saturation of mA plot, and probably mA values as well. I will appreciate it if you can assist me to solve this problem
